I scheduled a haircut and highlights with Courtney. It has been over a year since I last did anything with my hair. I am so happy I went with this salon!

I had Courtney do this half up half down style on me on Saturday morning. It has lasted thru a really hot and humid concert in stl til now. 3 days! I’m amazed it’s lasted so long. Granted I know the curls kinda fell out but it still looks good 10/10 recommend styles by Courtney. 💕💕

My first time at Signature Salon, Courtney was my stylist. She did an excellent consultation, we discussed everything from foil placement to where highlights would start on shaft to width of each section. We discussed toner shades that would look good and ones to avoid. For my cut we again discussed every detail from length to style, layers, bangs and upkeep. She even checked back in with me before starting the cut to make sure we were still on the same page. She was gentle, gave a great head massage, used appropriate products but not so many my hair was stiff at all. I also had some stitches along my hairline to avoid. I checked that it was ok before I confirmed the appointment but I was still a tad worried. She was so mindful, gentle and careful with her hands, the comb, washing, the foils… everything! My hair looked better than I even imagined and this was our first time working together. So very, very impressed with her talented work. I will definitely be back.

First time was great, but I had someone different the second time, her name was Sierra I think. Went in for a bang trim. She did not ask what kind of bangs I had originally, although it was kind of obvious I had curtain bangs and just wanted a small trim from the middle. She never asked what I wanted. I couldn’t really see either because I had my glasses off. She cut them straight across and ruined them. I went back in after crying in my car and she kinda “fixed” them. They are so short that I can’t even style them, the “fix” didn’t really do anything, and now I am so sad. Not sure if I will be coming back, at least not to the same person. First pic was 1st visit, second pic is 2nd visit original, and third pic is the “fix”. Not really sure how this happened because I was the only person there so it wasn’t busy and it was so obvious that I had curtain bangs to start with instead of blunt straight bangs. Skipping a really important step like that is really not good. They at least didn’t make me pay for the fix, but I kinda wish I could take back my tip.

Amazing experience everyone was very sweet and helpful. My stylist Courtney was so very patient and kind. I am loving my new curls! <33
